A single organization, the Mihailo Pupin Institute is working on the Web4WeB project. Within the Pupin Institute the Web4WeB center of excellence will be established.

Fraunhofer - Pupin Joint Project Office

Through a Joint Project Office (JPO), the Mihailo Pupin Institute is uniting ICT expertise and resources with prominent German R&D organization, Fraunhofer-FIRST from Berlin. At the JPO, systems engineering and information technologies are combined to develop innovative solutions in the area of management information systems, knowledge and content technologies and applications, e-education, decision support systems, etc. A wide range of services has been provided.
